Redaicted is a browser extension designed to protect your sensitive data when using AI chat tools. Privacy is at the core of everything we build. This policy explains what data we collect (very little) and how we handle it.

Browser Extension

The Redaicted browser extension operates entirely on your device. All detection, redaction, and blocking of sensitive data happens client-side in your browser. No user content, keystrokes, or browsing activity is ever sent to our servers or any third party.

The only network requests the extension makes are to our server to fetch updated configuration and rules. These requests do not contain any user-generated content or personally identifiable information.

Website Analytics

This website uses Datafast for privacy-friendly website event tracking. Datafast does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. It provides aggregate analytics (page views, referrers, etc.) without tracking individual users.

Data We Do Not Collect

• No keystrokes or text input from the extension
• No browsing history or page content
• No cookies for tracking on this website
• No personal data beyond voluntarily submitted email addresses
