Redaicted runs a lightweight browser extension that scans text input fields on AI chat sites in real time. When it detects sensitive data - emails, phone numbers, API keys, or your custom keywords - it automatically redacts or blocks the submission before the data ever leaves your browser. All processing happens locally; no data is sent to our servers.

Is it difficult to deploy across my organization?

Not at all. Redaicted supports deployment via Microsoft Intune, Google Workspace, or any MDM that manages Chromium browser policies. Most teams are up and running in under 30 minutes.

What AI tools does Redaicted work with?

Redaicted works with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity, DeepSeek, Grok, Mistral, and any custom web domains you configure.

Where is my data processed?

100% locally in the browser. Redaicted never sends your text, prompts, or matched patterns to any external server. This makes Redaicted fully GDPR compliant by design.

Can employees bypass the protection?

When deployed via MDM, the extension is managed and cannot be uninstalled or disabled by end users. Admins can also configure block-submit mode.

What happens if I exceed my seat limit?

On the Starter plan, additional seats are billed at €15/seat/mo via true-up. On the Growth plan, additional seats are billed at €8/seat/mo via true-up. No seats are ever cut off without warning.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. You can cancel at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Is Redaicted GDPR compliant?

Yes. Redaicted is built in Germany with privacy by design. All text analysis happens client-side - no prompt data or personal information is ever transmitted to our servers.
